Completion of Diploma In Journalism
December, 2025 – I have a degree in ICT and believe in the importance of continuous upskilling. Therefore, I completed my Diploma in Journalism. The course equipped me with the ethical responsibilities and public duties of journalists, how to use facts and opinions to write quality articles, and how to avoid conflicts of interest.
More importantly, it taught me the professional journalistic workflows, how to write editorials and feature news stories using idea generation, objectivity, angles, key points, and structure.

Elevating My Filmmaking
May, 2025 – I recently made an exciting addition to my filmmaking gear by purchasing a Blackmagic Design Pyxis 6K cinema camera. I’ve wanted a dedicated cinema camera for my filmmaking projects for quite some time now, as I aim to move beyond the limitations of a hybrid mirrorless camera, especially the form factor.
The Pyxis 6K boasts stunning filmic colors and offers a unique workflow that enhances my creative process. It’s perfectly suited for both commercial shoots and run-and-gun documentary work, providing the versatility I need to elevate my storytelling.

Capturing a Moment with YABhg Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad: A Timeless Portrait
December, 2024 – I recently had the opportunity to photograph YABhg Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad at his office in Perdana Leadership Foundation, Putrajaya. The brief and intimate session allowed me to capture a classic black and white portrait of the 99-year-old statesman.
Shot with a vintage lens from 1975, the image has a distinct, timeless quality that I feel suits the subject perfectly. It was a privilege to have the chance to photograph YABhg Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, and I am grateful for the trust that he placed in me to capture his portrait.
