  • simplify things

“The enemy of art is the absence of limitations,” — Orson Welles.

This quote is one of my favourites in the pursuit of creation. It reminds me to always strip down my gear to the basics: one lens and a camera. And if I may add, a good pair of walking shoes.

  • random rant

It’s hard to explain my photography, but I know what I gravitate toward: suspended, fleeting moments. I like undisturbed landscapes, anything that conveys solitude and quiet. I like my lens to be imperfect, full of flaws. I hate sharp sterile images!

  • Photography As Art Form

I consider photography to be an art form, one that requires inner creativity to successfully create a compelling photograph.

As a photographer, it’s essential to draw inspiration from others’ work, but it’s equally important to avoid copying and instead focus on developing your own unique voice. One tip I always remind myself is to stay true to my own vision and artistic direction.
